For inspections after a hail or wind event, most Austin-area homeowners are scheduled within a few days; during a major regional storm the queue gets longer and we work it in the order requests come in, with water-coming-in first.

How do I pay?

Cash, check, or card. Repairs are paid on completion. On a replacement, the balance is due on completion after the final walkthrough. For insurance jobs, the invoice is structured to match the carrier's scope, and your deductible is paid to us as part of the balance — not to the carrier. We never inflate an invoice or "waive" a deductible, which Texas law prohibits. HOA and property-management accounts can be set up on milestone billing.
